CROWN CHAKRA – Crown of the head
Spiritual understanding. Cosmic consciousness. Serves the Central Nervous System, Head, Cerebral Cortex, Upper Spine. Connects to Peace, Spiritual Love, Harmony. GOAL: Awareness, Wisdom.
3rd EYE CHAKRA –  Between the eyebrows.
Psychic awareness. Serves the Endocrine System, Hypothalamus, Eyes. Connects to awareness & meditation. GOAL: Knowing & seeing intuitively.
THROAT CHAKRA – On the throat.
Communication. Serves the Parathyroid, Ears, Sinus Respiratory System. Connects to, Balancing Yin/Yang, Male/Female. GOAL: Creative, truthful, loving communication.
HEART CHAKRA – Just to the right of the physical heart.
Love, Compassion, Ego, Hope, Positive Attitude. Serves the Lymph & Immune Systems, Blood Pressure, Circulation. Connects to Sharing, Love, Flexibility, Growth, Balance.
SOLAR PLEXUS CHAKRA – On the Solar Plexus.
Serves Stomach, Liver, Gall Bladder, Small Intestine. Connects to Will Power, Gut Instinct. GOAL: Energize and Balance Emotions.
NAVEL CHAKRA – Just below the navel.
Serves the Spleen, Urinary Tract, Kidneys, Ovaries, Uterus, Blood Sugar. Connects to Life Force, Energy, Sex, Creativity, Emotional Needs. GOAL: Sensual Desire, Reproduction, Giving & Receiving.
ROOT CHAKRA – At the Tailbone.
Serves the Testes, Vagina, Legs, Feet, Tailbone. Connects to Grounding, Survival, Fear, Security. GOAL: Awakening Primal Instincts, Preservation.

      I love your comment. It’s so true and I think both are important. Maybe listening first and then talking. We do tend to do it the other way around most of the time.

  1. I just started meditating a few months ago and my world feels very different as if my consciousness is shifting. I sometimes meditate with my eyes open and just focus on a sunset or at a tree. Thank you again for sharing this.
